The Insight Initiative for Community and Social Development<\/span><\/span> (IICSD) has introduced Amoye AI Chatbot<\/em><\/a>, a digital solution designed to improve access to information and strengthen citizen engagement across communities.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The organisation said the chatbot is part of its broader commitment to leveraging technology for social development, transparency and inclusive participation.<\/p>\n

This was contained in a statement jointly issued by the Executive Director of IICSD, Jare Tiamiyu<\/span><\/span>, and the Senior Communications Officer, Sodiq Yusuf<\/span><\/span>.<\/p>\n

According to the statement, Amoye AI Chatbot is built to provide real-time responses to public enquiries, support fact-based information sharing and simplify how citizens interact with civic processes.<\/p>\n

The initiative, the organisation noted, is expected to bridge information gaps, particularly among underserved populations, by offering accessible and user-friendly digital support.<\/p>\n

The statement added that the chatbot reflects IICSD\u2019s drive to combine innovation with accountability, especially in addressing challenges around misinformation and limited access to verified data.<\/p>\n

It explained that Amoye AI Chatbot will support users with information on governance, community development initiatives and other civic matters, helping individuals make informed decisions.<\/p>\n

The organisation emphasised that the chatbot aligns with its mission to promote transparency and empower citizens with knowledge that enables meaningful participation in public life.<\/p>\n

It further noted that the platform will continue to evolve, incorporating feedback from users to ensure it remains relevant and effective.<\/p>\n

Tiamiyu and Yusuf reaffirmed IICSD\u2019s commitment to deploying technology-driven solutions that strengthen trust between institutions and the communities they serve.<\/p>\n
