Micheal was a volunteer for Teens Movement Initiative and a member of National Forum of Ife North Students and National Association of Osun State Students. Micheal has been involved in more civic engagement through Junior Chamber International, Nigeria by providing school materials to the orphanage and cleaning of the immediate community celebrating the World CleanUp. He is selected as one of the Advocates for OsunOpenLG Project. while in school. Damilare led a team to see into how CSDP {Community Development Projects} could be achieved, he achieved this through the joint efforts of the government and the dwellers of the community towards making sure there is a regular supply of electricity. He believes that rural dwellers deserve accountability and transparency from the government, they also deserve inclusiveness; that&#8217;s when there would be a complete cycle of governance.
