The Insight Initiative for Community and Social Development (IICSD) has introduced Amoye AI Chatbot, a digital solution designed to improve access to information and strengthen citizen engagement across communities.

The organisation said the chatbot is part of its broader commitment to leveraging technology for social development, transparency and inclusive participation.

The initiative, the organisation noted, is expected to bridge information gaps, particularly among underserved populations, by offering accessible and user-friendly digital support.

The statement added that the chatbot reflects IICSD’s drive to combine innovation with accountability, especially in addressing challenges around misinformation and limited access to verified data.

It explained that Amoye AI Chatbot will support users with information on governance, community development initiatives and other civic matters, helping individuals make informed decisions.

The organisation emphasised that the chatbot aligns with its mission to promote transparency and empower citizens with knowledge that enables meaningful participation in public life.

It further noted that the platform will continue to evolve, incorporating feedback from users to ensure it remains relevant and effective.

Tiamiyu and Yusuf reaffirmed IICSD’s commitment to deploying technology-driven solutions that strengthen trust between institutions and the communities they serve.
